FUKA is a project developed by Rexel Technologies with the objective of optimizing the final stage of the vehicle washing process — fast and effective drying without any contact with the paint surface.
The system utilizes a very high-velocity airflow to efficiently remove water from the entire vehicle surface, including hard-to-reach areas. Optional heated air support maintains high drying performance regardless of ambient temperature or humidity.
FUKA optimizes the final vehicle service stage — an area that in traditional self-service washes often remains outside structured quality control.Immediate and effective water removal reduces water spotting and secondary contamination, resulting in a more consistent and higher-quality final outcome.
By shortening the time required to dry a vehicle, the system improves bay turnover — particularly during peak traffic periods. Users complete the washing process faster, increasing site throughput without requiring infrastructure expansion.
